What should I do to prepare for your arrival?

* Fan switched to the 'ON' setting (not 'AUTO')

* Crack open windows if weather permits

*Objects removed from floors that require cleaning

*Bed skirts/hanging clothing off of floors with a clearance of at least 5 inches

*Paths smaller than a 15 inch width will not be able to be cleaned, please make spaces accessible so we are able to get our machines in the areas needing to be cleaned

How accurate are your quotes? Are there going to be hidden fees once you arrive?

Transparent pricing is our priority. Your estimate will be close to the final cost. We'll take room measurements upon arrival to ensure accuracy. If you have your room measurements, even better! Please share your concerns beforehand for the most precise pricing up front.

Will you move our furniture?

If you need our assistance moving a small or light weight item to a 'hard surface floor' for the duration of the cleaning we are more than happy to help. Medium or heavy furniture pieces will be left in place and cleaned around as our insurance does not cover moving items.

How long before I can walk on my carpets again?

You can walk on them immediately, just ask us for some shoe covers and we are happy to provide some for you. Just be EXTRA careful as the floors may be wet or damp and stairs and hard surface transitions can be extra slippery!

When can I move my furniture back in place?

We recommend a minimum of 3 to 4 hours before putting things back, however waiting 8-24 hours before putting items back in place is even better. Each scenario is different, please ask for our recommendation while we are there to get an even more accurate estimate.

Do you guarantee Stain-removal?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee all spots and stains will be removed. This has a lot to do with the age of the carpet, the material of the carpet, how long the stain has been there, what kind of stain it is. We always give 100% effort in removing stains!

(Some stains may cost extra such as 'slime', 'artificial dye stains', 'excessive gum'. Please let us know ahead of time of any concerns!)

I’ve had spots reappear after a cleaning, will this happen?

Although it is possible that this could happen, it is unlikely with our method of cleaning. If it does, let us know and we will make it right!

Why is Ohana Clean carpet cleaning considered eco-friendly?

We utilize less resources vs the industry standard, simple as that! We use a fraction of the water and we don’t burn fossil fuels during the process. However, we may need access to the homes water or electricity. (Also our van runs on E85 exclusively! It reduces harmful  emissions while also reducing our reliance on foreign countries for fuels)

Do you also do area rugs?

Yes, we can clean most area rugs.

(For hand crafted or thin/frail rugs we recommend you take that to your local rug plant, please reach out and we can give you our recommendations.)

Do you clean Upholstery?

Yes we can clean upholstery, please contact us for more details.

Do you clean anything else besides carpets & upholstery?

Yes we can do deep cleaning on laminate, LVP, Tile, and other hard floor surfaces.

Will you provide a receipt?

Absolutely, a receipt will be automatically emailed upon payment.

I have limited parking is that an issue?

If you have a limited parking situation we would really appreciate instructions on the best way to get to the work location.

What if I'm not happy with the Carpet Cleaning?

We work hard to do our best job for you, but if for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the results, we can re-schedule to come out and try again. If you are still not happy, we will make it right.

What forms of payment do you take?
